Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increase of cyber attack, phone calls and email scams targeting members with vacation ownership.

Be aware of fraudulent companies using various persuasive tactics such as phishing, smishing and vishing, that are impersonating ULC offering illegal rental and resell services.

Ensuring the security of information and the privacy of our members is a priority for ULC at all times. We ask you to remain vigilant against fraudulents calls, text messages and emails, while we bring to your attention the following:

  • ULC official website is: ultimateleisureclub.com.
  • ULC corporate offices are located at: International Business Park, Edificio 3835, Piso 4, Suite 402. Panama Pacifico. Panama City, Panama.
  • ULC staff will never ask you to share your password or membership information by email or text messaging.
  • ULC keeps your membership PIN (Personal Identification Number) and membership agreement documents and information strictly confidential.
  • ULC will not share information with third party companies to transfer or rent your membership.

Recommendations to protect yourself:

  • Reset your password immediately after your membership purchase or as soon as possible.
  • Never share passwords or loggin information with anyone who is not on your account.
  • Be aware and informed about latest fraud tactics such as phishing, smishing and vishing.
  • Make sure to use only our official channels to communicate with our staff:
