Ultimate Leisure Club is closely monitoring the latest developments surrounding COVID-19. We are aware that several countries are requiring a negative COVID-19 test result from air passengers prior to boarding an international flight to their destination.

In this regard, we have been actively working to offer convenient onsite testing options for members having to meet those requirements.

The follow information is about local testing and onsite medical assistance that will be available at ULC Home Resorts for members whose countries have imposed a mandatory testing requirement.

On-Resort Testing for UK Members

All existing and new reservations booked by March 31, 2021 and checking out between January 18 and August 31, 2021 (or until the government mandate is lifted) will receive complimentary antigen tests for all adults and children*.

Antigen testing will be conducted on-site by a certified third-party healthcare provider both at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort and Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort.

On-Resort Testing for USA Members

Effective January 26, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is requiring all air passengers entering the United States to present a negative COVID-19 test result.

All existing and new reservations booked by March 31, 2021 and checking out between January 26 and August 31, 2021 (or until the government mandate is lifted) will receive complimentary antigen tests for all adults and children*.

Antigen testing will be conducted on-site by a certified third-party healthcare provider both at Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort and Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort.

Testing for Canadian, European and Latin American Members

For Members traveling to countries that do not accept the antigen test and require a PCR testing, the Personal Concierge team at each resort will help coordinate and facilitate testing at an additional cost with certified third-party providers.

To receive any COVID test service, members should schedule their appointments with their Personal Concierge on the PreContact call or during Check-in at the resort.

What if a member tests positive?

In the unlikely event that a Member´s vacation is disrupted due to testing positive to COVID-19 during their stay, Grand Sirenis Home Resorts and Ultimate Leisure Club still continue to provide a range of complimentary services through our free HEALTH INSURANCE, in which an extension of stay at no cost up to 14 days as well as medical assistance are included for all Members.

* In the event a child is not required to provide a negative test result, or a listed country is no longer requiring a negative test result, the above will no longer apply and complimentary tests will no longer be provided.
