Dear members,
First and foremost, we hope you are home safe and sound with your loved ones, making the most of these challenging times.
As you know, the safety of our co-workers, guests and members is our first priority. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we are closely monitoring and following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as those of our local, state and federal authorities.
We have been forced to make the bold and responsible decision to temporarily close our Home, Partner and Associated Resorts in efforts to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Thankfully, we executed this difficult task with no incidents or casualties. For members we had in-house, we kept close contact with them until they confirmed that they returned home safely.
While we crave connection and personal interaction with you, the best thing we can do for each other now is to stay at home and follow the recommendations of leading health organizations. In the meantime, we commit to keeping you informed as things evolve and engaging with you via our social media channels. We look forward to hosting and pampering you at the right time at your "home away from home".

ADAPTED RESERVATION POLICY
Our adapted reservation policy remains in place: Members with confirmed reservations for April and May 2020 can modify their travel dates until October 31st 2021 with no penalties, if requested at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date.
While our resorts are temporary closed, our Ultimate Service Center (USC) is operational as usual. Please do not hesitate to contact us via our official channels:
